mixed feelings, i guess
birthday cake charge ants problem
the roof terrace had breakfast. it was a way to begin the day.
i didn't like the birthday cake charge. nobody specified it clearly before. also, the cake didn't come out on time, how strange. our room was not clean either, i found ants everywhere.

mediocre stay with notable issues
poor soundproofing constant noise
the riad included a breakfast that i found acceptable.
my room lacked sufficient soundproofing, i could clearly hear noises from adjacent rooms and the courtyard. this greatly impacted my ability to sleep peacefully. the constant noise made relaxation difficult.

reasonable stay
helpful advice rooftop terrace dark alley difficult position
the staff provided helpful advice. i stayed for several nights and i loved having the option to have an evening meal on the rooftop terrace.
The alley leading to the riad felt unsafe at night. it was dark and some men were lurking around. This made my mom and i uncomfortable. also the owner requested that we changed rooms, this put me in a difficult position. it seemed like it became my responsibility to cater to other guests' needs.

fantastic stay
traditional decor friendly staff awesome breakfast
I wanted a full local experience and this place delivered. the traditional decor was striking, and my room felt very cosy. i was also very close to the souks, a huge plus.. the staff was friendly and helpful. mourad stood out with his extensive knowledge and helpful attitude. breakfast was fantastic. Flavours were rich, everything was cooked well, and i left feeling full.
the riad was a bit difficult to locate initially as it is tucked away within the medina.

wonderful stay in a beautifull Riad
airport transfer center location dinner arrangement
reaching the Riad is tricky, but worth it once you arrive. the staff helped us find the Riad, since we booked a transfer from the airport. the location was great because it was in the center of medina.
i did not appreciate being charged for birthday CAKE without it being clearly specified beforehand. the pricing was not properly confirmed with us in advance. worse, the cake was not brought out at the correct time as planned. the room did not meet our expectations in terms of cleanliness.

breakfast on the roof terrace provided a wonderful way to begin the day. the staff were helpful plus very cute. the roof terrace had terracotta pots of bougainvillea and lights at night and a particularly friendly relaxed atmosphere.

the well-designed room has beds upstairs on a mezzanine floor. this leaves plenty of space for a shower room. there is also a sitting area plus wardrobe. luggage storage is also available downstairs.

enticing rest areas around the Riad draw you to sit. you can sit with a coffee or read a book. the staff was accommodating and hard working. the riad was clean. it was in a perfect location.

amazing staff and beautiful hotel!
attentive staff rooftop breakfast comfortable bed
the staff were super attentive and always ready to assist. they walked me to a local restaurant. they answered all my questions about the area. the breakfast was a delight served on the rooftop! the riad is beautifully decorated. i found the beds comfortable.
The bathroom door was pretty low. I bumped my head a couple of times. the door also needed extra force to close, a bit inconvenient. the temperature control in the shower wasn't the best. it alternated between too hot and too cold, a little annoying!

fantastic riad with great service
easy arrangement taxi pick-up team member
I arranged all my activities through the riad. this made things so much easier. i was met by a team member, who walked me through the market to the taxi pick-up. the manager checked in with me often to ensure everything was okay. I appreciated that.
I didn't appreciate being charged for a birthday cake without a clear specification beforehand. the pricing wasn't properly confirmed with us in advance. That was disappointing. the cake wasn't even brought out at the correct time as planned.
